Hierachical Organogram_SPM Designs Ltd

This organogram show a hierarchical, or ranked, relationship. It is  a manufacturing plant. The chairman & board of directors are the head of the organization. Below them there is a responsible position as Managing Director with a separate area of responsibility. The MD is directly responsible to the CEO and of equal rank with each other. Below him there is a position of Factory Manager who is directly responsible for all production & office managing issues. Below the Factory Manager all the respective departments are directly responsible for their own duties. The company current organogram is as follows-
